Paid Social Media Buyer (Facebook Ads)
Full-Time | $60,000–$75,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
About the Role:
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging channels. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to build full-funnel campaigns that convert — from ad copy to audience targeting to performance analysis.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Develop media plans and allocate budgets across platforms to drive results aligned with KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to inform and test ad copy, visuals, and formats.
- Conduct A/B testing on audience segments, creatives, and landing pages.
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in paid social.
- Generate clear reporting for internal stakeholders on campaign progress, learnings, and ROI.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns on Meta.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Ads Manager & conversion tracking.
- Experience with performance marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign execution.
- Bonus: Familiarity with other digital channels (YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).
- Bonus: Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or lead gen verticals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
